The Herberton Development Fatima Mansions, Dublin

While at MJP Architects Marko and Emmet were part of a competition winning team to redevelop the Fatima Mansions area of central Dublin. We continued to work on the project as associates at Metropolitan Workshop until its completion in August 2009.
The project was a collaboration with Irish practice Anthony Reddy Associates and delivers over 500 apartments, a parade of shops, a leisure centre, a creche and a neighbourhood centre.
Marko was the Project Architect for the residential and retail elements of the scheme and Emmet lead the design stages of the Neighbourhood Centre, involving extensive consultation with the local community.
