Tower Hamlets Civic Offices
Marko was involved in this competition entry as an architect at MJP Architects. The brief for 10,000m2 of new Civic Offices sets out to radically change the shortcomings in the Borough's existing facilities.
The new centre is a forum to the diverse history and culture of Tower Hamlet’s residents. The design provides sheltered and internal spaces for exhibitions and events accessible and welcoming to all The massing achieves a barrier building to the elevated railway, civic assembly rooms facing the park and a residential tower on the corner.
