West Cambridge Residences

Marko and Emmet worked on this project as architects at MJP Architects. Accommodation is arranged in two buildings, the north and south residences. In the timber clad north residences 62 flats are arranged around landscaped courtyards and a nursery for 80 children is also provided. The South residences are clad in zinc and accommodate one bedroom flats for mature students.

Both Emmet and Marko were involved in the planning and design stages of the project and Marko also participated in the tender and construction stages.

The project was built by AMEC and was designed to be built using modern methods of construction.

Client: The University of Cambridge
