Calls Landing Offices, Leeds
The Weave offers a hub for the creative industries of Leeds, offering a range of facilities including a cafe, gallery and small auditorium at lower levels. With a south facing public terrace along the River Ayre the facility will become a destination in the city. The form of the building and it’s fenestration is derived from the surrounding warehouse vernacular and the brick clad office form is distinctive yet contextual. Our design utilises passive cooling through exposed thermal mass and vertical ventilation stacks and connects to the adjacent Calls Landing building with a full height glazed atrium.
