Open Source Architecture – Venice Biennale Exhibition

AU Studio have been invited to take part in the Open Source Architecture Project, a community driven online platform that aims to enhance the architectural design and building process.

During this year’s Venice Biennale the beta version of the online platform will be presented to a broader audience using an interactive and partly physical installation to demonstrate the ideas and possibilities of Open- Source for architecture and design.

AU Studio is designing one of 15 open source projects which will be featured allowing visitors to interact in the design process and meet the design community.

Our design development can be followed on the opensimsim website and illustrates how we are developing the initial concept and approach.
